The service texted to remind us of the appointment and confirm. The morning of the appointment, they texted to let us know the Service Tech was on his way. The Service Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the cleaning and ran diagnostics. He explained what he had done, and said the office will send out a pdf of the service summary.
