Performed Clean And Tune On A/c. Treated Drain Pan And Condensate Pump. Checked Filter. Checked DT It Was 21 Blower Was On High Speed. Checked Capacitor And Contactor. Cleaned Condenser. Checked Pressures And I Had A Sub Cooling Of 18 Degrees And According To Chart It Needed To Be 5. Took Some Freon Out It It Made No Difference. Tried To Adjust Expansion Valve But Still It Would Not Change. The Expansion Valve Is Going Bad And A New Expansion Valve Is Needed.
