The Customer Described The Noise That The Furnace Had Been Making As A Rolling Burning Noise Inside The Furnace Cabinet. I Started The Call For HEAT On The Main Floor Furnace. The Furnace Sounded Normal And Operated Properly. I’ve Pulled Off The Drain Lines From The Storm Trap And Water Started To Rush Out. There Was A Clog In My Small Hose And Possibly The Drain Trap Inside The Furnace. I Cleared The Water From The Lines And Treated Them With Four Tablets. LP Gas Pressure - 11.5 Lowered To 9.5 I Ran And Combustion Analysis Test, And The Unit Passed. TR : S 122, R 74, TR 48 I Never Heard The Noise That The Customer Described But After Seeing The Drain Line Clogged, I Believe This Was The Cause Of The Noise.
